It would be better and more significant than any of Pacquiao's last 4 or 5 fights.

if pac beats martinez at 150lbs people will write it off because of the catchweight. i'd prefer pac fight martinez above 150lbs, but again pac can't make 150+ lbs. he can't even make above 147 during weigh-in.

I am indeed getting tired of Martinez. Pacman & Floyd are obviously shook. He should just fight Pirog, clean up 160, then retire.

He became a pro in 1997. Floyd in 96, Pac in 95,

On his 47th fight Martinez finally fought his first decent opponent Cintron.

No wonder he's unknown prior to his win against Pavlik.

The time when he fought Cintron, Floyd and Pac are already on their way to ATG status.

No. That mean's they will fight at the weight they belong to - 147. If you think Pac and Floyd belongs to 154 or 160 then sure..

this guy martinez is the middleweight champion of the world and wants to pick on floyd who is on his 5 division and manny who is in his 8th or 9th division. If martinez called out anybody else at 147 that's not name pacquiao or mayweather he would be getting ripped universally, but since its pacquiao and floyd the two most polarizing fighters in the sports he gets a pass.

If martinez wants money and legacy so much he should do the proper thing and move up to 168 already. But since he is a hypocrite who wants big paydays with the least risk, he wants floyd and manny. The difference is floyd and manny already put the work in much earlier in their career and are established great fighters and stars of the sport who have earned the right to call the shots and pick and choose while sergio hasnt.

hate that it has to come to this b/c I really like maravella but why does he even matter anymore. he's done everything in his power to destroy all momentum he established.

*** him. i want to see floyd fight him at 154, but really it would only happen if floyd was really trying to prove himself against the best, and we all know how that story ends..........

sergio at 150 is a joke so why even talk about a pac fight...

i always feel martinez aint got that long left in the sport cause of his age...but i think his a good fighter, i think his capable of beating people in the super six, i want to see him in a big fight, pac and may are too small for him though.
