Can anyone in boxing history win a fire fight with Manny Pacquiao.

Pacquiao always say he loves to fight toe to toe and to throw a lot of punches.

Is he the best at this in boxing's history?

Can anyone at Pacquiao's own weight get the better of him?

When fighter face Pacquiao believing they are stronger and thir chin can take their punches, they come undone very quickly, even against much bigger men Pacquiao dominates them.

No one can come close to him in this era, but is there anyone from boxing's past that can get the better of him on this front?

How does Pacquiao do against the like of Armstrong, Chavez, Pryor and Duran in a toe to toe battle?

We don't even need to go back in boxing history...Marquez has done it 3 times.

The subject alone proves how many flaws Pacquiao has in his game. Unless someone is willing to stand and trade with him he begins to look average. We know posters like you think boxing means running into the center of the ring and swinging wildly until someone goes down. Maybe you can tell us again about how jabs don't count in boxing, or how Pacquiao is more accurate that Mayweather

Will Hearn's chin hold up, both nowhere near as fast.

Did you see their first two fights? That was as toe to toe as it gets for a natural counter puncher. Morales already beat him, Marquez should have beaten at least once in 3 fights, he's been knocked out twice in his earlier career and had a draw once against Sanchez in a roughhouse toe to toe brawl. Yes, he can be beaten toe to toe. He actually cannot fight inside very well at all.

A guy like Duran, in my opinion, would slowly take him apart quite brutally. Imagine the counter punching skill of Marquez, with the defense and craftiness of Hopkins inside and the offensive brutality of ... Pac I guess, and that's Duran. He would beat Pac. No doubt in my mind.

In that gif we see Pacquiao running from Morales , i never seen Mayweather run like that + Pacquiao never really beat Morales because Morales was drained in the 2nd and the 3rd fight

Who knows. I would put my money on Hearns. He sparked Durán.

@147 both Hearns and Tito had too much power. Absurd power. Both have height and reach advantage. Both knew how to use it.

In the case of Hearns, his height would put up a problem for Pac. Punching so high will probably cost him some power. Margo is about 5'11 (as is Trinidad), but Hearns is 6'1-6'2.
