Oh and Floyd Mayweather Jr @ LW.

I'm sure there's more, but off the top of my head here are some guys that could go 12 with Pac like Ward vs Gatti 1 or KO him (in their prime of course and w/o catchweight bs).
He fought Oscar at welter. Didn't go toe to toe with him though, hit and move for the first half of the fight and when Pacquiao did want to stand and trade, Oscar just tried to cover up then quit.

Floyd, no chance, Floyd comes out trying to trade leather, he goes out on a stretcher.

    Castillo and Corales, please.

Hearns, SRR would need a weight advantage in the ring all thing being equal I got Pac in toe-to toe exchanges.

Morales boxed an inteligent fight, used his jab well, when they did exchange leather in the middle of the ring Pacquiao got the better of him most of the time.

The only times Morales won those mini battle was when Pacquiao was blinded by the blood in his eye.

135 lbs SRR vs 135 lbs Pac : who wins in a toe to toe battle?

Oh hell no, you are not getting away with saying these two would beat Manny Pacquiao, let alone in a firefight.
