To the fools claiming Marquez and Morales already done it....um, no. Marquez fought with a counter-punching style all 3 times, he was aggressive in spurts but he didn't fight a 'firefight' which is what the original poster specified.
As for Morales, he mixed it more than Marquez but he also largely boxed Pac in that first fight. Pac was the aggressor pretty much the whole fight, ditto the 2nd and 3rd.
As for those bringing up his 2 defeats when he was a kid.... you are beneath my contempt.
OK, regarding the initial Q, both Tito and Hearns, as mentioned, would be very difficult to beat in a firefight due to huge power and strength at the weight, as would Aaron Pryor at 140 and Kostya Tszyu, same for Duran. Let's not forget Ray Robinson was a beast at 147 whose speed and power could match Manny's, plus he had better technique and was a better combo puncher.
Pacman is p4p the best fighter in the world. So great that the #2 Floyd ducked him in 2009 and accused him of PED usage without any proof at all.
Floyd Sr. Stated at the time:
We know the results of everyone else who came in toe to toe with Pacquiao.
Oscar RTD8
Hatton KO2
Cotto TKO12
Diaz TKO9 Margarito TKO10 (after 10th the fight made no sense anymore) Mosley TKO3 (Mosley ran for dear life after being floored in the 3rd)
Listen, let me meet your drug supplier. You must be on the purest cleanest freebase ****. I buy weights, and judging by your replies, you can get as much weight as needed... ever hear of a clown? well, it seems you are the FATHER of all clowns...

Will Hearn's chin hold up, both nowhere near as fast.
No chin Huh! Then how in the hell did he just eat durans hardest punch and never even buckle. Not fast you say! He looks fast as hell to me. You really dont know **** about our sport, begone troll!
So you think Pac would knock Hearns out? He's certainly not beating him any other way.
So Pac joins the 6'2" monster Barkley, 160 pound ATG Hagler and Ray Leonard the 5'11" boxer/puncher to stop Hearns?
How do you think he does it? Catches him with one single punch or an accumulation over the whole fight? Now, think about it for a moment. Does Pac accumulate enough punches and hit 6'1" brilliant boxer (much better than Mosley or Marquez) Thomas Hearns enough that he can stop him via accumulation or does Pac punch hard enough at 147 to do what no other fighter ever did.
Surely you're basing this stuff on what you know about Hearns right? I mean, you must have seen something at 147 apart from his lone loss against Ray Leonard there to say that Pac could stop him right? You must have seen him knocked down or hurt or staggered? Remind me again, because I can't recall, which fight at 147 would you point to to say that Thomas Hearns was weak chinned enough or slow enough, or easy enough to hit that Pac could stop him?
Leonard could only stop Hearns via exhaustion and had to walk through hell, and a detached retina to do so.
So, give us your reasons as to why you think Pac stops Hearns and how? I, for one, am looking forward to hearing it.
I personally think that Hearns hits him with a left to the body that doubles him over reasonably early (first two rounds) and then he goes downstairs for a bit before landing a right hand that drops him for a ten count.
Marquez and Mosley were weary of Pacquiao's power. Hearns won't be, he wil feel that his bombs will take Pacquiao out before Pacquiao does it to him.
Hearns will come out like he did against Duran. I will be a short fight.
But the question asked is about how they will do toe to toe.
