How can anyone be dumb enough to believe that it's really Pacquiao who is behind the lawsuit? It's Arum's lawsuit, filed to deflect from the possibility that Pacquiao is using PEDs. Pacquiao is supposedly willing to take the tests and Arum has said that he'd drop the lawsuit if they were serious about making the fight. The silly lawsuit nor the testing should be an issue if Team Pacquiao is true to their word. All Arum has to do is engage Team Mayweather instead of trying to trick the public.

Didn't know Arum claimed he would drop the suit, If so then Arum has really been backed into a corner now, Fighthype deserve some credit if this fight finally comes off.

And what is Floyd doing to make the fight exactly? Has he told Haymon or whoever he wants representing him to call Top Rank's offices to make the fight? He says the fight wouldn't need investors (a blatant, naked lie) so does that mean he has his and Manny's $50 mil guarantees ready? How did his securing the MGM for Cinco de Mayo BEFORE Pac-JMM fought indicate he was targeting Manny? Why do GBP's matchmakers keep telling us about how they're trying to put together Morales or Canelo fights for Floyd?

If the lawsuit is so weak, why is Floyd so desperate to get it dropped. I mean, he stands to make $75 million to fight Pacquiao... but he'd be willing to let that go because of a 'weak ass lawsuit'.

Even if you think that Arum is serious about wanting to go along with what the investors propose, then explain why he himself wouldn't take the investors to the guys that handle Mayweather's business to have a a serious sitdown? Again, it's been documented that Mayweather's team has already reached out to Arum directly and through a 3rd party. Why send someone who holds no weight with Mayweather and his team to his gym to try and pitch him on some wild new proposal?
