Of course they aren't, but they obviously do business together. Duh. Can you think a little bit, here? That answers your question. And Arum said that he is pursuing a fourth Manny-Marquez fight, now what?
Mayweather is persuing a fight with Eric Morales.. what's your point?
Arum made it clear he doesn't want GBP involved.. maybe you are the one who needs to think.
Mayweather hasn't reached out DIRECTLY to the Pacquiao camp.. as far as I'm concerned, the Pacquiao camp has. Joe Jackson going on record as being an investor..
I'm not about to sit here and believe some bull**** article from fight hype, when they've been telling a different story every day for the last week...
Fucking ******s of course the lawsuit has to be dropped if they want to get serious in negotiations.
Arum doesn't want to get involved with Haymon and Ellerbe, if he isn't talking to Haymon or Ellerbe they aren't negotiating with Floyd. This was all in his diatribe about why Schaeffer shouldn't talk, but realistically speaking Floyd would be higher on the pecking order because the fight can go on without Arum involved it can't happen without Floyd~ so Arum is in no place to say anything like who he will and will not deal with in regards to making the fight~.
If he is serious anyways~, he can talk to third parties with bankrolls all he wants doesn't really get to the heart of the matter which is getting both guys to sign to fight
But the investment group says they are (but of course Arum told them to lie):
Rucker said the face to face meeting of Agent Koncz and Mayweather "broke the ice."
According to Rucker, one condition of making the big fight would be for Pacquiao to drop his defamation lawsuit against Mayweather.Rucker said that was discussed.
"Floyd was very friendly to Koncz, he showed him some Southern hospitality in that meeting. They spoke while Floyd was wearing his trunks and gloves but he was extremely friendly to Koncz and a guy named Cesar, a Filipino guy who came to the gym with Koncz.
Clearly a bold-faced lie, they never discussed anything... it was just a photo op to fool the public. Stop lying Arum... I mean Rucker.
"I've got a call in to Al Haymon now and I am waiting to hear back from him," Rucker told me in a telephone interview. "We're ready with money for both fighters. We're giving money to Floyd first and then to Manny.
More lies
Everyone knows in order to make a deal with Floyd, first you have to contact Ben Thompson over at floydhype. Nobody called Haymon because Al doesn't have a phone, this is scientific fact. And more b.s. stories about money and trying to pay Floyd. Stop lying imaginary person!
GBP and Schaefer are not part of the Mayweather team.. why didn't Al Haymon or Leonard Ellorbe reach out for it through a mediator? They didn't.
Your boy just said it himself.. he doesn't want to fight until the lawsuit is dropped. that's plain and simple to understand.
and the investors that Bob is working with require the lawsuit to be dropped.
Or are we going to assume that Bob was never serious about making the fight and will ignore this request that the investors made?
Why the hell should pacman drop the lawsuit when he can find mayweather guilty and make extra millions. floyd was definately ****** for opening up his big mouth. ***in typical little kid.
lol floyd dodging pac, while pac gets nominated for ussa athlete of the year with all indicators pointing towards him selling over twice as many ppvs as mayweather

LOL at the bold. Anyways, why would a fighter need to reach out directly with another fighter's camp when he has people to represent him to do that? Think a little bit, dude. It's not rocket science. Schaffer (again, who works in business with Mayweather during his fights) reached out to Arum through the mediator (a judge) and Arum said that he was not interested and that he was pursuing a fourth fight with Manny and Marquez. Then Arum had the nerve to say that he wasn't going to sit and talk with the people needed to make the fight. You do the math.

No they don't you clown. Obviously that's a request coming from Floyd's camp from the negotiations they've had, Rucker said it was discussed in the meeting at Floyd's gym. But oops, negotiations never happened (god damn, is it 2010 again... damn deloreans). So you think the investment group gives a **** about Floyd's trials? Obviously the only reason it would be dropped would be in exchange for Floyd signing on the dotted line to fight.
But now Floyd is reverting to that 'it never happened' line from last year. Another vacation and 'if you the best, drop the lawsuit' t-shirts and we'll be doing this again late next year, hoping the fight happens in 2013
Why would they care about the weak ass lawsuit though? Unless it was a request made by Floyd in negotiations... but wait... no negotiations ever happened and those investors are figments of Arum's overactive imagination. I guess this means Floyd will go on another extended vacation and print 'If you the best, drop the lawsuit' t-shirts now?
Take the test, Manny! That's the only thing holding up the fight.
Idiots.
wow slow down deluded guy.... lol You're all over the place...
Don't act surprised, EVERYONE knew if the fight is going to happen, the lawsuit would be dropped... You silly silly silly silly goose you.... At least show you have some business sense..
Bob will drop the lawsuit if he is seriously working with the investors who require the irrelevant lawsuit to be dropped. If Bob doesn't, we all know why.
