Mayweather says lies are being told; denies negotiations are taking place

[SIZE="5"]Having absolutely no idea who he was, it was the fist time that Mayweather had ever heard the name Michael Koncz, so he politely let him finish his pitch before informing him that there was absolutely nothing to talk about until his defamation lawsuit is cleared up.

Thanks to Mayweather this fight is not happening anytime soon.Comment

But that shouldnt prevent the fight from happening, They can settle the lawsuit through negotiation for the fight but it shouldnt be drop the lawsuit before we can talk.Comment

Obviously the lawsuit being dropped is a condition to making the fight. How is that a roadblock?Comment

Because Arum is not going to drop the lawsuit KNOWING Mayweather said that, And arum can use that as his excuse on why the fight isnt happening so yes its a potential roadbloack.Comment

So as long as there is a defamation suit there's no reason to talk about a potential fight? Then why go out calling the man out, saying that you want to fight him. Getting a date, securing a venue when you have no intentions to negotiate anything while the suit is ongoing?
Both can go to hell....Honestly both should take their circus act to retirement. All they do is lie and contradict themselves. The hell with both camps.
Like I've been saying all along, the fact that he booked the MGM for Cinco De Mayo 2 weeks BEFORE Pac-JMM went down was not an indication he was targeting Pacquiao. He is and has been looking to be matched up with one of Golden Boy's Mexicans from the get go, and GBP's matchmakers have been trying to put together bouts with either Morales or Canelo.
So how many times has Thompson changed his story so far? Last week the whole thing was imaginary there were no talks or investors, then yesterday... YESTERDAY he came out with a long-winded article about the investors who are trying to put the fight together using him as a middleman/point man for negotiations with Mayweathers side. Then a day after an independent group of investors made it publicly known that they were in fact trying to put the fight together (as well as confirming the Koncz-Mayweather meeting), then we're back to all of it being a figment of our imagination and not only that... Floyd doesn't know that Koncz exists AND he's not planning on negotiating with the lawsuit being active (like he didn't know it was active from the jump).
But anyway... stop lying Arum... sign the contract Manny... drop the lawsuit... May 5th, we waiting.

don't know what floyd is thinking but dropping the lawsuit before any talks should begin is like that of a girl giving up her ******ity because her boyfriend promised to marry her after...so naiveComment

Well that would just be another documented lie then because Arum is already on record saying that the lawsuit will be dropped if Mayweather was serious about making the fight.Comment
