Lucian Bute (30-0, 24 KOs) is the best super middleweight in the world. He has dominated every opponent he has ever faced and has made 9 consecutive world title defences.

Bute-Froch Common Opponents (Glen Johnson, Brian Magee)

    Bute easily dominated Johnson: 120-108, 120-108, 109-109
    Froch struggled against Johnson: 117-111, 116-112, 114-114

Bute TKO 10 Magee: Bute won every round, floored Magee several times.
    Froch KO 11 Magee: 97-92, 96-95, 95-94

Bute did much better against Johnson and Magee than Froch did.

Bute-Ward Common Opponents (Sakio Bika, Edison Miranda)

Bute destroyed Miranda in 3 rounds.
Ward excessively clinched, fouled and cheated his way to a boring awful lackluster decision against Miranda.

Bute dominated Bika in impressive fashion.

Bute destroys Ward and schools Froch.

Hmmm I'm pretty sure the fight would make the most money in Canada, regardless of who wins the S6. If you want the highest gate = Canada, if you want a neutral ground = NYC.
Yup. He's just talking in spite of Bute it seems. He is arguably the biggest draw in the SMW division, if they want the biggest money, go to Canada.

He was offered 750K according to Arum. That's a terrible offer. Like saying that at this point in time Bute has no interest in Mikkel Kessler. Just like Bute openly said after Zuniga.

                    lol yeah ok.

And where was Kessler's counter-offer? Couldn't have wanted it that bad. I bet Stieglitz is getting lowballed way worse.

Froch was gifted against a 17 fight rookie, and was getting spanked by a washed up Taylor until Taylor gasses like he always does. Old man Johnson was landing on him whenever he pleased as well.
