Just because people think he is good doesn't mean he is overrated, he is good. If people were rating him over someone like Ward, then I'd agree, but I haven't heard that opinion.

It's too bad Kessler turned him down to fight Stieglitz instead. NOW that guy is overrated.

Will if he does indeed fight the Super 6 winner all criticism about his competition should cease to exist.

Indeed, the winner of the super six is a potential FOTY and both men would look great in a victory

Bull****, if Bute can keep making good money fighting soft opponents in Canada, his handlers ain't gonna risk their investment fighting the Super Six winner for the same money.

Ward beats Froch in December 2011 and than Bute in April/May 2012, and than possibly Anthony Dirrell in October/November 2012, if Dirrell gets a big win between now and then. After that, Ward goes up to 175 and takes on Dawson, Pascal, Cleverly, maybe even Hopkins if he's still around in late 2012, early 2013.

Bute is good, no doubt. But, I just wanna see what happens when he gets in with people like Ward, Froch, Abraham, Kessler, etc. He does have good wins over Andrade, Miranda, and Mendy though. The Johnson win does not impress me though, and I don't think anyone though much of that fight. The only real good opponent Johnson had beat since Tarver way back in 04' was Allan Green. Bute has good wins, but he hasn't been in with Abraham, Kessler, Froch, Ward, etc.
