Why is Floyd after 13 years and 40 fights in pro boxing suddenly invented OST?

What's sad is Floyd requested ost for the first time in his career from a no skill easy work opponent, but hey that's his word not mine.

I asked you a simple question. If you can't answer it, then say so.
To make sure Floyd will not come overweight against Pacquiao? Come on...being fine with $300,000 is nothing for Floyd but 10million I'm sure he will think twice about that. Pac passed all the required test by boxing commission, the same test Floyd took in his 13 years as pro boxer and after 40 fights and passed with flying colors without any complain. Now all of the sudden when he was about to fight Pacquiao he made his own test designed for Pacquiao. lol

Again read the fine print (I'll color it and bold it for you), When did it become required by any boxing commission for a fighter to pay 10 MILLION DOLLAR PER POUND for being over the limit?

So why did he ask Oscar for 1 million per pound over weight? You're being a hypocrite if you're ok with Pac being his own commission yet no one else can ask anything of him.
