Because its not required by any boxing commission and you should think why 99.999% of the pro boxers out there didn't go through with it.

When did it become required by any boxing commission for a fighter to pay 10 MILLION DOLLAR PER POUND for being over the limit?

            I'll be waiting.

Floyd weight cheated Marquez by 2 lbs when he came overweight. If those 2 lbs were not so important and not the sole reason why Floyd beat Marquez. Then why Floyd didn't try to make weight at least?

Why did Manny ask Erik Morales to agree to a weight penalty fine? He's not supposed to do that. He must a chicken and a fraud. Oh and his **** stinks too.

I asked you a simple question. If you can't answer it, then say so.
