Wlad needs to petition the WBC for a higher ranking, drop his #1 position in the WBO and the IBF to do it, and go kick Rahmans sorry ass. King will never let that happen though.

Well Wlad is ranked 3rd right now and Rahman wants to fight in the next 2 months, and Wlad wanted to fight in December. There you go! Rahman versus Wladdy in December.
