You *******s are just dumb! You all are just like poochiao, you don't know **** about boxing. Mayweather has called out the best throughout his career. tHATS WHY HES THE MAN TO BEAT NOW, THATS WHY HES CALLED money Mayweather, thats why hes the face of HBO, The face of Boxing etc. He is his own Man. He can't make people fight him. I know most of you just started watching boxing today on the web , LOL. Mayweather begged these guys for a fight trying to make a name for himself. They realized Money was great and did not want to end thier careers, thats why they dodged Money Mayweather. He also called out Cotto, after Cotto and Bob arum talked all that ****. As soon as Mayweather said ok lets fight, they said Cotto was not ready. Do your research son! Margarita is a joke. The Mayweathers were right about him just like they are right about poochiao. They said Marharita was cheating, and they said this years ago, waaay before Moesly trainer exposed him. Floyd SR was dead on. Margarita has bricks in his gloves. I swear the Mayweathers are the smartest people in boxing. They also said poochiao is cheating. Look at how poochiao looked last fight. He was weak, he got hurt twice, he was tired and not so pumped up, you knowwhy? Hes fought clean as a test against someone they cherry picked and thoought it was a safe fight due to Marquez weight gain , wear and tear, and age.

I can remeber Floyd calling out Stevie Johnston in an interview with Merchant, yet people are saying he ducked Stevie.

Maybe if those same people followed the sport back then, instead of being on youtube today trying to make up for lost time, they'd know the difference.

Sorry Rambov. One group on boxingscene has Green K on lock. It's kind of like an e-recession. Green is hard to come by now a days.

Then again, you have the green k thread, but that doesn't really count.

Of course now people will say Pac is old and shot. The fact remains that he looks exactly like he did 3 years ago when JMM got the best of him then too. If anything he improved because he got the MD. The problem is he didn't improve in a way fans where perceived he had. Perfect match making and marketing done by Arum is the reason.

Even if Floyd had fought Pac in 08, 09, 10, 11, or 12 there will always be an excuse. If you look at the history you would realize it. Pac will be torn apart just like the rest of Floyd's opposition. An excuse will come one way or another and a new fighter that Floyd is ducking will be built and the process starts all over again. People will write Pac off, some are already jumping that ship so they don't bite the bullet if Bob actually makes the fight.

This is not hating on Pac, this is just how much Floyd is hated. Discredit who he fights in order to discredit the win. It's been that way for years.
I understand your point and its probably true that he would have gotten discredited, but after this last fight its probably true he was never any real threat to Floyd anyway. Floyd cant be discredited for being better than his competition, but it does look bad that as soon as a threat was perceived he demanded drug testing because of how much Pac had improved since moving up in weight and then Pac goes to show us he hasnt really improved at all. Pac was being pushed as the man to beat Floyd like no fighter before and Floyd seemed less than excited about proving himself.

What? That's like saying F the future and only think about right now. That kind of attitude doesn't usually lead to making good business decisions. I'm not up here to make excuses for why Mayweather never faught Margarito or deny that he had the oppurtunity to fight him. I only argue that it wasn't a duck because Arum himself admits that Mayweather was willing to accept the offer to take the fight under reasonable circumstances. Looking back, if anybody would want to turn back time and do things differently it would be Arum not Mayweather. I'd bet that if Arum had to do it over again he'd give Mayweather those guarangtees that he asked for.

Good look on that article from Bouharie by the way. I definitely can see his point of view but I just think that he's not giving enough consideration to the business side of things. People are basically saying that Mayweather ducked Margarito because he didn't go out of his way to fight him. Boxing is a business an a lot of things come down to timing. Knowing what we all now, I certainly don't feel bad that Mayweather never got in the ring with Margarito though.

Aaron Pryor called out Ray Leonard....Even disrupted his press conferences....I guess Pryor didn't avoid Leonard.

I thought fans, especially since the whole Pac-Floyd fiasco. That they would know what said on cameras/interviews and what's done in negotiations are two different things.

Floyd has not fought any top rank fighters after leaving arum. It's a political issue. Also.. is anybody else aware that Floyd never refused to fight Cotto based on Cotto living too far away?.... and that rumor came from a spoof YT video? Writer has no credibility.
