Francisco Navarro, Robert Garcia's Assistant Trainer, can be clearly seen observing the wrapping of Pacquiao's hand. He even raised up the hands for the commission to inspect. Margarito's Camp and the commission approved them. Therefore those are LEGAL wraps!

Yup, the assistant trainer is STARING right at the Hand Wraps. The TS should change the title to "The Robert Garcia Incompetence Thread." Letting an assistant inspect the hand wrapping in the first place and then not stopping the fight.

Robert Garcia ONLY complained after Freddie Roach brought up the Ephedra remark. Also, he complained after the hand wraps were already approved by his Assistant and the Commission. He wasn't even in the room when Manny wrapped his hands and was only relying on the report of his Assistant. It was too late to complain.

bull****. manny over stacks tape & gauze over each hand. he also applies it directly to his skin......the strings are on the corner of his knuckles. (some are even touching directly on his knuckles) this is illegal. the strings is the part that should have been removed.........

I've seen a lot of videos of Pacquiao wrapping his hands, he folds the gauze back and forth, he does not put tape in between the folds. This video is BS and you know it. There was never anything in there showing what Kessler was doing which was putting tape in between the folds.

The strings of tape were in between the knuckles when he makes a fist and that's the rule. No tape on the knuckle when the boxer makes a clenched fist. The commissioners were watching this and signed up on it. Like I said you can now drop the BS and move on.
