Why do you keep worrying about Robert Garcia. That's why there's a commissioner there to watch. Once done, it's done. Complaints are done during the wrapping not when it's completed. When the opposing side complains during the wrapping the commissioner looks and decides if it's a legitimate complaint, he then directs the boxer to do it a certain way. If after the complaint he looks and he thinks it's not a legit complaint, it is denied and the boxer continues wrapping. But once it's done it's done, you can't go back and complain.

I've seen a lot of videos of Pacquiao wrapping his hands, he folds the gauze back and forth, he does not put tape in between the folds. This video is BS and you know it. There was never anything in there showing what Kessler was doing which was putting tape in between the folds.

The strings of tape were in between the knuckles when he makes a fist and that's the rule. No tape on the knuckle when the boxer makes a clenched fist. The commissioners were watching this and signed up on it. Like I said you can now drop the BS and move on.

pac CLEARLY over applied tape & gauze in that vid (which is called stacking) pacs ridge knuckle tape (which is what the strings were) were along his knuckle & some were even on top of his knuckle (NONE of it was properly examined) his actual knuckle is beneath the stacks of gauze & tape. if you have anything CLOSE to being on top of your knuckle it's illegal because then when your wraps press against the glove the ridges will create a sting.........picture a hard sharp cast pressing against a glove while throwing a punch. tremendous amount of sting.

but heres what you claim...........

go back and read the entire rules you moron. it says tape shall not cover any part of the knuckles when the hand is clenched to make a fist....(shall not cover ANY part of the knuckles) manny had multiple stacks of tape covering his knuckles. he even applied tape directly over his skin & knuckles. the first thing that manny applied was tape over his hand & knuckles.
