If you actually watched Manny's fights, you'd realize that he has actually gotten slower. It's just that his slate of opponents the past 3 years are either slow, plodding, past prime, or just old. He's just faster than his opponents that's all.

That video is BS. Pacquiao did not stack tape and gauze alternately. He put a layer of tape first then put on the gauze. Boxers are allowed 12 yards of gauze for padding. He uses that string of tape to secure the gauze and the ends are taped at least 1 inch from the knuckles, that's by the rules. You secure the gauze otherwise the padding has a tendency to slide and ride up while inside the glove.

There's a commissioner that watches this just like the kessler wrapping on the video, then they sign the wrapping.

Francisco Navarro, Robert Garcia's Assistant Trainer, can be clearly seen observing the wrapping of Pacquiao's hand. He even raised up the hands for the commission to inspect. Margarito's Camp and the commission approved them. Therefore those are LEGAL wraps!
