Yes Floyd has done good here but he can do it better.....the best way a real sincere person can do it.

if floyd called a press conference and then announced it that he was paying for joe's funeral then that would be a attention whore move, not a simply tweet, let it go man, there's no need for it,if you dont like the man at least respect what he has done,i still havent see any other boxer or promoter come forward and say they will split the costs with floyd.

you dont have to like floyd but respect the man when he deserves it
Exactly you dont see boxers or promoters coming forward to do this becauser this type of stuff is done BEHIND THE SCENE.

So if another boxer or promoter does offer, you wont hear about it. But for Floyd you must know about every small "gesture" he does.

I the wake of Joe Frazier's passing Floyd couldn't just say some kind words and leave his condolences, he had to try and interject himself into the limelight by saying "My condolences go out to the family of the late great Joe Frazier. The Money team will pay for his funeral." What kind off jerk off does this? If you want to do a good deed than do it. Don't announce it hoping to get some recognition when the hour is squarely about Frazier and his family. This kid has no class whatsoever.
I couldn't have said it better, and you beat me to it. This cheap, garish embellishment of his "wealth" should be a sickener to any decent person. He did the same thing when carlos Hernandez died, when only then did we find out that Bob Arum had been quirtly paying for Carlos' expensive chemotherapy treatments for years, as wll as supporting his family. HAT'S true charity. And we have never known if he actually paid or not, as it doesn't really matter anyway.

The reason he gave for "making the offer" was that "I told him a while back that I'd send him some money". Well he never did send him the money when it could have helped him when alive, and we don't know if he acually paid for the funeral. Arum pronanly had that all covered like everything else to do with Carlos Hernandez.

Now he's trying to get more cheap publicity from poor Joe Frazier, whom he probably has rarely if ever, spoken to. This is highly insulting to both Joe and the Frazier family in general. I'd bet that there are thousands of fans who are pouring in funds to pay for a dozen funerals with the balance going to the family or some commemorative fund. In fact it's an even money bet that Frazier many have had his funeral covered in his insurance policy for years as a standard clause.

They don't need Mayweather's tainted few thousand from his PR fund.

Disgusting, but what else ever comes from such a piece of drek.

Qht do "*******s" have to do with anything here. This is purely a matter of decency and decorum, as well as not grossly shouldering everyone aside to grab headlines for yourself into the limelight amid the grief of the family and the boxing world.

You are a ****** guy. I am neither a mayweathernor Pacquiao fan, I'm on the side if decency, modesty, sportsmanship and honour. Can you say the same about your hero??

                Am I reading this right?

You're annoyed that someone is paying for someone else's Funeral?

                That's just incredibley petty.

I think there's a lot of reasons to dislike Floyd Jr...I think Floyd Jr makes it very easy to dislike him. I don't like Floyd Jr.

But, this really isn't a reason why to dislike him.

I thought the same. What an insecure little man to use the death of a great fighter as a platform to promote himself and his image. It made me sick to my stomach.

Also the fact that the thread made in NSB drew so many replies has me SMH. I haven't read it and the thought of reading it almost makes me
