He offered to pay for the whole thing but HBO stepped up and said they'd like to be a part of it too. That's what he said.

So HBO kept it on the down low, but Floyd announced "the money team will pay". Why do you think that is Dom? I've also heard rumors That George Foreman offered expenses, but nothing that can be confirmed.

Do you know if he even attended?

Yes, but what kind of example is being set by embarassing the familly by saying "the money team will pay"?

Cannot believe people are using this against Floyd, you think he cares what you lot think of him, No he respects people but shows off a brash persona so people like you who see Pacquiao as some sort of super hero tune in to see him lose, only he makes the best fighters out there look like a regular Joe.

Ofcourse he's gonna publicise it, who wouldn't tell me you wouldn't all do the same if your were famous and willing to pay for it, You all talking bollocks.

Honestly don't even know how to interpret that "I offered to pay for the whole thing, but HBO stepped up and said they'd like to be a part of it too".

Maybe you or someone else can help me out with that

Some pictures were released on some of the fighters who attended, Floyd wasn't in any of them, don't think he did or else we probably would have known.

If it matters, Floyd did come out and say "Even though I put it out on twitter, I didn't do it for no publicity, I did it because he's legend and I think if he was in my position...he would have done the same thing".

Now that "fans" are starting to see the wear and tear in the rusty armor of Manny Pacquiao, it's quite natural they will turn their attention to an issue that has no meaning inside of a boxing ring. Manny gets exposed and all some folks can whine about is the fact that Floyd tweeted about helping to pay funeral expenses?

That's how shallow some folks are.

If I were famous and had the money I wouldn't need to advertise it if it were truly a good deed. And obviously you care or you wouldn't have responded, no?

And what does Pacc have to do with this? Why even bring his name up?
