This is how I feel. Cotto is just a more skilled technical fighter than Kirkland. I'd still be worried about Kirklands power however.

Cotto for sure. He has a different style than Angulo. Cotto's a better boxer and more technical. I think he wins a decision.

Cotto and margarito really won't make a difference. In there you have a durable pressure fighter with volume (and some bad thoughts that may reoccur in cottos head during teh fight).

In kirkland you have a not so durable fighter at all. Which pretty much sums it up.

Arum won't put Cotto any where near a dangerous top 154-160 pounder. Martinez, Lara, Kirkland, Abraham, Molina, Williams, Pirog, Angulo. I don't even know if Arum is confident in putting him in with Canelo.

I can see Cotto vs Wolak, Rodriguez, Margarito trilogy[if Cotto wins the rematch], Bundrage. Fighters of that caliber.

Martinez, Lara, Kirkland, Angulo, Williams etc. All of those guys would destroy Cotto.

Anyway, Cotto might have a puncher's chance, but he's a bit small at 154 and would most likely fold under Kirkland's pressure.
