When Koncs said "they have not spoken to me" that's when I laughed out loud really, I really don't get it why do they keep on interviewing this overpaid water boy when Manny have made it clear several times in his past interviews that Koncs doesn't represent him in any way when it comes to his business deals, specially with boxing affairs... Maybe Arum is already in talks with Floyd's men, and only Manny and his managers knows about it, Koncs was never made to manage any of Manny's business deals, his only biggest contributions was being the middle man for some of Manny's endorsement deals were he made big money in the process... So let's just hope that this news of the super fight pushing through is really happening, I'm thanking Bob now if it's true.....

Little Floyd Is Threatened By The Attention To Pacquiao
As is becoming customary for Mayweather, he always has something to say says or weeks prior to a Manny Pacquiao event. If Floyd really believed he can beat Pacquiao, he would have found a way ALREADY to fight Manny. He's afraid of getting in the ring with Pacquiao.... You mean for $50M or more, you don't waste ANY time, finding a way to make that fight happen?!!? Floyd is hoping someone else shocks the world and beats Manny so he doesn't have to listen anymore to "why are you afraid to fight Pacquiao for $50,000,000 plus?!!?" SO as more attention turns to Manny, Floyd gets very threatened, hence while all the comments he makes days before.... Floyd, GROW A PAIR.Comment

haven't read all the posts yet, but I wanted to get my initial thoughts out there. When Konz said "how can you make a date and location w/out consulting with your opponent?"
i thought of the Mayweather Countdown that Arum did on his toprank website.
They had the date and venue all set and were damn near trying to force floyd to agree to it. wasn't that like 3 or 4 months before the march 13 date?
now, since Arum seems to have manny's next fight in line before his upcoming fight has even taken place ... here ya go!
Lately, Pac's been fighting in November and May. Floyd's saying that he's open for a may date, so now just get the two teams together and finalize everything.
Arum and Pac have been saying that "Testing is not an issue". Okay, so call floyd out on it then. Work out kinks with money, gloves, weight, etc. As long as testing isn't an issue and both teams have seemed like they've been more inclined on making the fight happen recently, then there shouldn't be a problem.
for the past few months, since floyd announced his fight with ortiz, some ppl on this site have been saying that May 2012 would be a good time for the two of them to fight. it's floyd's one fight per year and it's manny's fight every six months.
now, i don't wanna believe it until i see it. but damn i hope this **** finally happens! we all deserve it!!!!

Basically what Konz is saying is: This is news to us since nobody from the Floyd camp has contacted us regarding making this fight happen for May.
In my opinion, I think its another ploy by the Floyd camp. Why say this when in a little more than a week, Pac has a fight with Marquez. If Floyd really wanted to make a statement and make this fight a reality for May, he would have released a statement immediately following Pac's fight with JMM given Pac wins.Comment
