It has a legit feel tio it. So I hope team pac goes for it. After the jmm fight tje ball is pac court. He said he agrees so lets hope theres not another excuse. So many pac fans on here seem to not want this to happen. Also lets hope it is legit from floyd. Pac or martinez either one im good with.

You seem like you can read between the lines. Read the replies left by the pinoys who can't structure an intelligent reply and base their boxing knowledge solely on watching Pacquiao footage. For the record, I'm pinoy. There's my answer. Twist it in any way you wish. Plus, I hate the word "*******" and "*****". No grown man should ever use that word. See, You'd rather I use a better description for our people while calling the Mayweather fans the N word right? I've never ever twisted this into a racial thing. I'm sure you have though with your quick reply regarding race.

A real response would be taken out of context the way it always is with some of you. Example= I addressed "some of you pinoys" in my post. How do you take that and translate it into me addressing every single Pacquiao fan?

"How can he set the date, how can he set the venue without consulting your opponent" - Koncz
Never been big on Koncz, but he makes a valid point here. Who's Floyd to make these decisions by himself, if he is targeting Pacquiao? Floyd prides himself on being his own boss, marches to the beat of his drum, that's good, but Pacquiao has to schedule himself to his command too? I hope this isn't an issue, from a fans perspective, but judging from this quote, I get the sense it will be. Anyways, I just realized how big the egos between these two camps truly are, this fight might never happen, after all.

But how do u know they're pinoys though? That was my question. I'm a PAC fan but I'm not pinoy. No I rather not have u use the n word but how come u can refer to them as Floyd fans but u can't say the same about the PAC fans to u they have to be pinoys.

Why not just say some of u PAC fans replies are pointless?

yup ellerbe clearly indicating that they will be asking for more than 50/50 certainly makes it sound legit....

BT: In the past, it seemed like the issue of drug testing was the only thing standing in the way, but recently, Manny Pacquiao suggested that he thinks the fight may not happen because Floyd is asking for too much money and the promoters can't afford to pay him. Given the manner in which Bob Arum has been touting the live gate sales for this fight with Marquez, and the pay-per-view numbers that they did with Mosley, do you think that perhaps he's trying to make the case that Pacquiao is a bigger draw and maybe deserves more money for the fight?

LE: Team Mayweather deals with the facts and the facts only. In America, the biggest attraction is always going to be the person who generates the most money. In Floyd's case, it's irrefutable who is the biggest star, the biggest draw, the biggest attraction, any way you want to frame it. Compare apples to apples, same venue, same opponents! Floyd has the bigger live gates, the bigger pay-per-view numbers and the bigger pay-per-view grosses. That's an irrefutable fact. For example, taking a look at the live gate grosses, we did $18.4 million with Oscar; they did $14.3 million. We did $11.1 million with Mosley; they did $8.8 million. For Ricky Hatton, we did $10.4 million and they did $8.8 million. The other fights that the little fellow had in Texas, he did $5.4 million with Margarito and $6.3 million with Clottey in a 100,000 seat stadium. We deal in facts. It's all factual. And there's no debate on who owns the top three highest-grossing non-heavyweight pay-per-view fights. Don't get me wrong, the little fellow has done some very, very good numbers, but Floyd has just done substantially better numbers.

As anyone with a slight amount of common sense knows, testing has not been an issue for a while now, that much should be clear since summer 2010.

The next issue is money; when someone turns down 50 million and 65 million dollar guarantees, you really have to wonder....he's now asking for 100 million, and the only way he is going to get that is through a split of at least 60/40 in his favor.

Before you all get excited, i would like to remind you:

                      "Manny pacquiao, yes you're next"

                      24 hours later

                      "I never said that"
