That's because Mayweather never fights outside Las Vegas... He said he would love to fight in England...But he's not going to leave the safety of his hometown.
I dont buy that. Pac has more clout in Vegas than Floyd does. Go to Vegas for a Floyd fight, then for a Pac fight. Them asians/Philipinos are DEEP when Pac fights. Plus they're huge gamblers. Vegas benefits from Pac fights more than it does from Floyd fights.

Well if you had read the question prior to the answer; you would have noticed the interviewer mentions that pacquiao says there are money issues with the fight.

There is documented evidence that mayweather turned down 65 million dollars guaranteed and asked for 100 million. [not to mention 10 million dollars just to negotiate]

I'm not in the know as to exactly what the problem with money is, but given the evidence presented i dont think its too difficult to piece together.

Mayweather wants 100 million ; and the only way he is going to get that is through a split which is heavily in his favor.

This is likely what pac is referring to when he said there were money issues.

Now i know he doesn't outright say we want more than 50%; but what he is doing there is presenting the justification for a >50% split. And given whats been said about money issues, i think it can reasonable be inferred that mayweather is asking for a higher split behind closed doors.

I don't think Vegas is a fair place to Pacquiao. He's not going to get a UD against Floyd at Vegas. But you're right.....Vegas is the house of price fights!

So for Floyd's team to make that assumption that it will be at MGM is a bit premature.
floyd is not going to fight outside of las vegas

Is this another publicity stunt by the Mayweather camp? Mayweather Jr. has been known to announce news on the weeks leading to his rival's fight. And certainly when all eyes are on Manny Pacquiao these days, this announcement will be met with skepticisms and criticisms once again. With Pacquiao having appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live and CNN's Piers Morgan this week and the announcement of a million dollar deal with liquor company Hennessy, Mayweather Jr.'s announcement is perceived to thwart that of Pacquiao's media blitz.

We have been this road before, twice in fact. We have been bombarded with news, rumors and gossips of what could have been, what must have been and what can be about the Pacquiao and Mayweather bout. It has made a lot of us cynics rather than believers. Only if and when the bell rings on May 5, will I believe any such news, or I may say publicity. If it does, Santa Claus came early for Christmas this year for boxing fans.

IT IS THE PERFECT DATE, I've already said this, why continue to pick at it?
I HOPE THEY SIGN THE FIGHT, there you go assuming again.

I merely pointed out the validity to Koncz saying, who is he to pick the date and venue without consulting us...but just as equally (EGOS) who the **** is Koncz to dictate the terms to Mayweather (EGOS). This is why I said, the egos may not ever actually allow this fight to happen...I didn't say they were correct in their stance either or. And I will not explain myself again.
