It's only a handful of pounds we're talking about. Is the obvious con of losing your speed and reflexes outweighed by the pro of...what, being tougher to handle in a clinch? What do those extra pounds get you? Not more power. Not more agility or stamina.
What are you talking about !!

JMM does it because if he dont at least stay near Manny strength wise he will get steamrolled , the cost of that is killing his speed , thats why Roach done it .

Yes JMM will be stronger than at 135 , but strength is not that advantageous to a technical boxer that relys on counter punching , it will help a hard punching aggressive fighter quite a bit , so add to one guy and take away from the other what have you got , you starting to see Roaches reasoning yet ?

Your comment of its only a handful of pounds says it all , this is formula 1 of combat , these guys are elite athletes sometimes weight can win or lose the fight and the higher the comp the more critical it becomes , depending on who is the individuals how much weight it is that you give and take is crucial ,,,, believe it matters , do you really think Roach does it for no reason and do you think the side demanding a CW is not looking to handicap the other guy , you have a lot to learn about boxing .

No version of Marquez in any of the timeline beats Floyd.

Another failed attempt of *******s hyping the fight.

Marquez has the technic to give Pac problems
