really man marquez doesn't have to be ashamed on how he lost tho...he could have folded up the tent against fmj after the kd, but he kept at it until the final bell from what i remember whereas the much bigger mosley folded up the tent early...didn't get ko'd either and he took some big shots all night from a much bigger dude

Juan would be schooled by Floyd any weight any time the skills is a mile apart , Juan is a technically taught counter puncher a product of tuition and hard work , Floyd is a naturally gifted boxing genius , same reason Leonard and Ali were so good , a trainer cant teach what they have a trainer can only bring it out , Floyd is a special fighter .

Floyd had 2 years to prepare for JMM, whereas JMM had 8 weeks to prepare for FLoyd.

FLoyd was eyeing JMM as an opponent after watching Pac beat him twice. He always knew he wanted JMM.
Thats how floyd gets his advantage as well as all the other stuff that JMM had never fought at 147 and was bloated.

But come on you have to admit that with all the spare time floyid has on his hands, he is preparing for his next opponent already. While JMM is making a living as a fighter, fighting all manner of different people.
Floyd has his eye fixed on only one opponent and can fine tune his gameplan to fit that chosen opponent.

Don't weight limits function as upper bounds? Why do you have to go up to match them? If JMM wanted to stay down at 135 or whatever, the fight could have gone ahead, no? I remember Roy Jones Jr. forcing himself to bulk up close to 200 lbs. to fight Ruiz years ago, when he probably would have been just as effective staying down closer to 185 or whatever he was comfortable at.

But I'm just questioning his victory over Marquez. They agreed to fight at 144 lbs. Marquez honored that CATCH weight. Floyd didn't.

Therefore, it wasn't a fight between two people from the same weight class. The results, therefore, are invalid.

But as I've said, I love Floyd. I think that he is a good boxer.
Whatever theory you think you have is wrong because marquez had extratime togethis weight right the fightwas scheduled in july then got moved to september. Also, it isnt like marquez had to move down in weight he was moving up. Stop making excuses and stop tryin to mask your hate for may will thrash any marquez because of skill and size.

Marquez will always be more out of his element when he's forced to lead, so I don't see how he could have ever beaten Floyd. Still, I'm hopeful he looks alot better than he did against Floyd, think we all are.

That's what I preach every day...

He'll do better than Pacquiao's last three opponents AND he deserves a shot more than any of them did. Marquez's only lost to Mayweather and Pacquiao in the last five or six years. He has also never shown any quit in him in his career.

He's not just brawn, he can actually adjust. The huge ???? surrounding the fight is if Márquez's age will show up. If Márquez gets out of the first three rounds, expect...a...war.
