I really wish Floyd would take the fight without drug testing and shut these haters up but he knows his marketability is tied to him being undefeated. That is a blatant lie. Floyd gave the go signal to GB production to start the negotiation on Nov. 15, 2009. The demand from Floyd for testing came up only after Arum came back from the Philippines. It was not in the proposal that was shown to Manny when Arum went to the Philippines in Dec. 1 or 2 in 2009. Floyd added that stipulation on Dec. 12, almost one month after the negotiations started.

Freddie Roach revealed the request in Dec, and because Team Pacquiao revealed the information to the public during that time doesn't mean it wasn't part of Floyd's initial request. Get your facts straight because it was Arum and co who kept leaking negotiation info into the media, and it was Bob Arum who stop negotiating with Mayweather days before it was even made public.

USADA does not do any type of drug testing themselves, they simply refer the testing out to a WADA accredited laboratory
