Stephen A. started off strong, but was being too politically correct. The issue has ALWAYS been the testing since Pacquiao walked away from the 1st negotiations. ESPN needs to keep pushing the USADA testing issue, and move away from the Floyd's scared angle, because that only empowers Arum to NOT make the fight and to keep matching Manny with no hopers.

Arum is only using the Mayweather's name now to promote Pacquiao heading into next month, and that should be blatantly obvious now.

it has been played out for over 2 years now. obviously mayweather will fight somebody if they agree to testing, that much has been proven since mosley and ortiz.
