"I have no problem with the testing whatsoever," Roach said then. "They can do whatever kind of drug testing they want. They're scared of Manny and scared of his power. He'll pass any test in the world."

"We agreed to $10 million per pound, or fraction thereof," Schaefer said. "That's what the Pacquiao side wanted and we said OK to that. That's unheard of. Where is Manny's signed contract to fight Floyd? You have NEVER heard Team Pacquiao say they signed the contract to fight Floyd. I wish people would stop assuming they "agreed', because they have never claimed or proven to have put it in writing.

Look if you want to reduce this debate to a 1st grade level, then have fun kiddo because clearly both sides acknowledged the testing request, and
Manny's side agreed in principle only to rebuke it shortly thereafter. What your bringing up is circumstantial information almost three years after the fact.

You need to ask yourself which excuse given by Team Pacquiao do you truly believe, and in doing so understand why some boxing fans are not as high Pacquiao as you seem to be.
