Shane and Ortiz were not tested the day of the fight. Manny would not be tested to close to the fight unless something funny comes up in his urine. So instead of negotiaiting a cutoff date, agree to floyd's request openly and honestly live on TV, the same way floyd said no cutoff, no fight.

If manny does what I suggest in my 1st post, he will be ok because, THE USADA WONT TEST FIGHTERS TOO CLOSE TO THE FIGHT ANY ****ING WAY!!!!!! As Tygart pointed out in your last post.

You and I don't always agree but you seem to have a measure of common sense. The point is manny can "play offense" here and bully floyd back because, if he hasn't realized it yet, no one with any financial stake, particulalry floyd mayweather, would allow testing too close to the fight because it could be problematic.

Thats why the request for a cutoff date was ****** from the beginning. And that is how IMO he makes floyd fight.

Exactly Tat. Now floyd is pimped in front of the whole world. He can't fight anyone else that people would buy, not Martinez, Khan, Canelo is doesn't matter.

Its comparable to what floyd did to ODH. He forced ODH to cut out the fake **** and respond to all the taunts. The end result was ODH doing almost 1.2 mil more than he did with Trinidad.
