I think MAnny can force floyd to fight him. After the JMM fight, Look into the TV camera and say "floyd draw up a contract with the specific testing you want and mail it to me for signature. If the contract isn't sent in 30 days I will not fight you."

Manny had floyd beat. Manny could've pimped floyd on this from day one. Instead he made numerous excuses as to why he didn't want to take tests. All he had to do was call him on it.
