floyd was against NSAC to implement better testing. right about when pac's team said they are gonna take all the tests commission wants them to do, more tests or not.

pacquiao still take the tests every fighter in his sport takes. if you're gonna whine about him not taking floyd's tests, then whine about the rest of the fighters not taking it. write a letter to NSAC and say how crap their testing it.

I will watch Pac-Marquez cuz its guaranteed to be a great fight and theres unfinishd business. After that, Im not payin for Pac-Bradley or Mayweather-Khan. Not bc I wouldnt be interested; but we as boxing fans need to put our foot down.

We want Pac-May, and won't pay to see anything else. It's been long enough, and there's no reason why this fight shouldnt hapopen in May 2012. Both fighters r to blame. Unless I hear 1 of them say- Im willing to do whatever it takes to make the fight, I lay blame on both. and as such, I wont put $ into either of their pockets startn in '12 until the fight gets made

No, Kizer says Floyd chose not to petition the commission in an attempt to get them to handle the additional testing.

Floyd said he wanted USADA for OSDT, they tried to say "no lets try this". Floyd says **** you, USADA is ready to go right now.

Why not a simple yes?

Of course, now they claim they agree to it after years of excuses... Why so much **** over the years to agree now? In regard to the excuses etc, were the lying yesterday and telling the truth today?
