    Tat:

Respectfully, Your question makes no sense because floyd can request 0 day cutoff, as he has in all other fights, but he can't determine when testing is done. The testers are not going to jeopordize a multi million dollar event by testing either fighter too close to the event. At some point, common sense has to be exercised in these debates.

Ortiz and Shane signed for floyd's requests but weren't tested too close to the fight. So the commission and floyd got what they wanted.

If manny were smart enough or if he made the effort to discuss this with someone before hand, he would know his request for a cutoff date was ******. I understand what happened in the Morales fight but that was different.

floyd doesnt determine that. USADA does. what floyd wants pac to do is accept RANDOM testing without cut off dates. meaning neither will known when testing stops or when they are coming but nice try attempting to twist the facts, ******.

You must not have been paying attention to the earlier posts.

Here, for your benefit, watch and listen carefully to what Koncz said at 1:45 in this video.
He said; "actually, we offered to do it on the day of the fight, but the commission said no. It's not sterile in the facilities..."

Remember that even Tygart of the USADA had no problems with a 14 day cut-off as long as nothing unusual will turn up in the continued urine tests. If something does, then they would do additional blood tests.

Are you deliberately ignoring Tygart's (of the USADA) statement saying that he does not have any problems with a 14 day cut-off as long as nothing unusual turns up in the continued urine testing?

yes they also deliberately ignore pac agreeing to NSAC unlimited testing.

                Tat:

This has nothing to do with my point or the thread topic, which is how can manny make floyd fight.

Shane and Ortiz were not tested the day of the fight. Manny would not be tested to close to the fight unless something funny comes up in his urine. So instead of negotiaiting a cutoff date, agree to floyd's request openly and honestly live on TV, the same way floyd said no cutoff, no fight.

If manny does what I suggest in my 1st post, he will be ok because, THE USADA WONT TEST FIGHTERS TOO CLOSE TO THE FIGHT ANY ****ING WAY!!!!!! As Tygart pointed out in your last post.

You and I don't always agree but you seem to have a measure of common sense. The point is manny can "play offense" here and bully floyd back because, if he hasn't realized it yet, no one with any financial stake, particulalry floyd mayweather, would allow testing too close to the fight because it could be problematic.

Thats why the request for a cutoff date was ****** from the beginning. And that is how IMO he makes floyd fight.
