    Its really that simple.

Notice how Manny, Arum and Roach have never said "We have agreed to all of Floyd's terms, we will take all random USADA tests up to the day, and we have signed the contract and are waiting for Floyd to sign on the dotted line".

Until they agree to testing and sign a contract binding them to take random USADA tests up until the day of the fight, Team Pacquiao DOES NOT WANT THIS FIGHT!
Why should they agree to all of Floyds terms? Why not just tell him to fuck off, Floyd is the one who came out of retirement to fight Manny after all. And there isnt even a current contract drawn up. What you think they just keep the old one in a draw somewhere?

When recently have Floyds people actually reached out to Manny's with a contract proposal? The only thing of note from Floyd on the subject was him saying 'Pacquiao is next' only to do a u turn a day later.

Wait a minute, I thought they already did and there was no issue anymore?

In relation to testing, sure, but I fully expect money or some other shit to be another spanner thrown in the works should they ever get around the table and try and thrash out a firm deal for this fight. I'm inclined to believe that Floyd doesnt want this fight as much as Manny does.

floyd agreed to their terms so whats your complait. if floyd hadnt agreed i bet you wouldnt have said the same thing. that floyd should tell them to **** off.

why does floyd need to reach out out to pac when hes done it many times now just to have pac walk away. even after getting something pac asked for.

you clowns need to stop with the double standards, really

Pac is right but he is also tripping
all he has to do is take the ***en tests
hold a press conferance in front of maywethers house in Las Vegas and tell the world I agree to full random tests with no cut off dates and not planed dates to test here is the signed contract
then mr boat investor will ride off into the sunset and retire in Florida
then me know who really wanted the tests
              that easy
and yes it really is that easy to do

They already agreed on the purse split, venue, weight and glove size. The OSDT wasn't a "spammer thrown in the works" it was in the contract from the beginning.
