well, you apparently haven't been reading my posts regarding the issue so i'll spell it out for you.

im not against better testing. im all for it but my issue here is pacquiao is the one being singled out when the commission is the one responsible for the testing and pacquiao has been complying with it, and has said will continue to comply with it even with additional testing.

testing should be a standard not a stipulation.

and im all for pacquiao taking the extra floyd tests just (shocked?) cause it will be a step closer to making the fight we all want. which in countless videos he said he will take it.

you gotta start somewhere. maybe nsac will make it their standard to test fighters year round. why be against better testing for one fight?

you guys should stop pretending this is some common request fighters make. its not. it isn't like the weight, or the purse split, or ring size.

and floyd had how many what, 3 fights with "Olympic Style Testing" and it isn't even being done for Al haymon nor GBP fighters. it isn't doing shiiit either.

They would have been happy to file the petition? Or they would have been happy to do the test? If its how you interpret it then what is the purpose of the petition? It wouldnt be needed for any reason if he can give them an answer just like that... and why did he say what he said in my post you quoted? That would be pretty pointless to talk in circles and basically contradict his self 2 lines down...

I'd think its fairly obvious that his first statement you quoted was to do with general requests.

His 2nd statement specifically refers to how they would handle this particular request. [i.e, had they petitioned the nsac to carry out the tests with their funds, they would have been happy to do so]

You have some front talking about fanatics whilst having your nose firmly wedged inside Floyd's bumcheeks. Floyd killed this fight by trying to baselessly ruin another fighters name. This whole situation has become farcical, the accused party has been saying repeatedly that he has no problem with testing and yet we still have no fight and we still have a bunch of bumsniffing fangirls saying 'take the test' over and over like some kind of ******ed mantra.

Since when did Pac attempt to try and make a fight with Mayweather? The 2nd round of negotiations were debunked as fake. The only legit negotiations took place in Dec 09 and that was initiated by Mayweather, see below:

The 2nd round of negotiations weren't fake, they were just talks through HBO acting as the middle man instead of formal negotiations. And yes Floyd initiated the only formal negotiations, to my knowledge Pacquiao/Arum have yet to try to contact Floyd.

Since when should we believe what people say in interviews and press conferences? Talk is cheap, if you wanna fight somebody you have to send that fighter an offer or at least try to meet his promoter.

If you want to fight somebody, you sign the contract.

Its really that simple.

Notice how Manny, Arum and Roach have never said "We have agreed to all of Floyd's terms, we will take all random USADA tests up to the day, and we have signed the contract and are waiting for Floyd to sign on the dotted line".

Until they agree to testing and sign a contract binding them to take random USADA tests up until the day of the fight, Team Pacquiao DOES NOT WANT THIS FIGHT!
