I wonder if Floyd will be thinking about boxing for the remainder of the year.
When Pacquiao fights Floyd, want to take an vacation and not think about boxing.
When Pacquiao signs to fight another fighter, Floyd remember about boxing again and resurfaces.
Floyd Mayweather is a ATG ducker.
He's got some mad ducking skills.

in one hand, you seem to want better testing implemented by the commission. in another, you seem to want testing done by a third party and the commission can do whatever the hell they want.
the only thing consistent in your stance is that it seems to conveniently coincide with defending floyd and shiiitting on pac.

Better testing implemented by the commission would be great, I have no issue with that at all. Thats not the case here though. If they want to do it for one fight thats not accomplishing the goal of better testing across the board. If its only one fight theres already something in place better equipped to handle that. No need to bother with petitioning the commission in hopes that they come up with a way to handle the testing...
To petition the board to handle one test for one fight is not only not guaranteed to go through but in my opinion was only brought up as an attempt to not go through USADA. Why? I dont know, but I have to ask again. Why cant Floyd get one single thing in contract negotiations. He says I want USADA OSDT. Why cant it be a simple yes? What is the problem there? Why should there be any negotiation in regard to simple drug testing? If it were going through some new untested agency I could understand hesitation, that is clearly not the case with WADA accredited USADA...

Im not gonna try to change that, and you can think what you want. I dont hate Pac, and I dont love Floyd. I do have an opinion on the state of the fight though and we obviously disagree. Not a big deal.

im not against better testing. im all for it but my issue here is pacquiao is the one being singled out when the commission is the one responsible for the testing and pacquiao has been complying with it, and has said will continue to comply with it even with additional testing.
testing should be a standard not a stipulation.
and im all for pacquiao taking the extra floyd tests just (shocked?) cause it will be a step closer to making the fight we all want. which in countless videos he said he will take it.

you gotta start somewhere. maybe nsac will make it their standard to test fighters year round. why be against better testing for one fight?

you guys should stop pretending this is some common request fighters make. its not. it isn't like the weight, or the purse split, or ring size.
and floyd had how many what, 3 fights with "Olympic Style Testing" and it isn't even being done for Al haymon nor GBP fighters. it isn't doing shiiit either.

I want to present that to them because we want everything au****ious of the athletic commission.” I said “definitely.” Any promoter can petition the commission for anything. It doesn’t mean they’ll say yes or they’ll say no.
