Pacquiao has already agreed to take the test but what gives Floyd the right to make these BS demands?

Lol at Floyd apologists. What happened to Floyd's "Pac's next" statement? He let you down again, eh, *****s? And you're forced to circle-jerk again with this silly testing issue. I know how hard it is to defend a reluctant Floyd. You always have to have a ready excuse for him to make him look like he's not the one holding up the fight. Funny thing about it is you clowns make yourselves look like you don't wanna see the fight. I'd be partying all night if I heard Pac is bowing down to my idol's demands. The dream of seeing Floyd school Pac is becoming a reality. That's why this is hilarious. Floyd, the best fighter in the world, wants the most stringent test performed to an overrated midget. Very embarrassing.

If I were a ***** I'd hide this testing **** and never bring it up.

          ;-)

How exactly do you interpret it then :s

Seems pretty clear to me that:

            Mayweather requests osdt

Pac says ok if commission requires it

Mayweather says no [even though richard schaefer says yes]

When pac finally does agree to usada testing, mayweather goes on vacation.

Not too difficult to read between the lines.

did you interpret pacquiao saying yes as pacquiao saying no?

Since when did Pac attempt to try and make a fight with Mayweather? The 2nd round of negotiations were debunked as fake. The only legit negotiations took place in Dec 09 and that was initiated by Mayweather, see below:

Golden Boy Promotions given green light by Mayweather to begin negotiations.

Less than two hours after Manny Pacquiao defeated Miguel Cotto on November 14, 2009, Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer contacted the President of HBO Sports, Ross Greenburg, to inform him that he had been given permission by Floyd Mayweather to begin negotiations for a potential showdown. "He plans on meeting next week with Bob to make the Mayweather fight," revealed Greenberg just minutes after the phone call.

                13th November 2009

Floyd Mayweather: If Manny Pacquiao wants to fight all he has to do is ask, and it will be an easy fight.

                14th November 2009

Manny Pacquiao: Yes I want to fight Floyd Mayweather.

Decmber 2009-September 2010: A list of excuses from Mayweather why the fight can't happen, from everything from blood test to I want to take a year or two out of boxing, to I've got legal problems to deal with to I need another warm up fight.

If Floyd wanted to fight Pacquiao, it would have happen already.

But what were they then? After the 1st round of negotiations, Mayweather told all parties involved that his previous deal was off the table. Full random drug testing, or no fight. Pac, in fact, let's say Arum because clearly he runs the show promised Margarito a fight and to dupe the public, YOU, sent Floyd a proposal with the old deal - Why? C'mon BS.

What was odlh talking about when he said the fight was almost finalized?

Even more important, what was ross greenburg talking about when he said he had been negotiating with both sides?
