Floyd has tried every excuse in the book to try and duck Pacquiao. Once the drug testing failed because Pac even said he would take the test before, during and after the fight, floyd started committing felonies to try and get locked up to avoid fighting Pac.

I got one question regarding this whole Floyd-Pac bull**** : why hasn't Top Rank sent Floyd a new offer or initiated new negotiations? They're the ones who changed their mind regarding drug testing so they should be the ones starting the negotiations again.

They've tried SEVERAL times, and you know this. Last year, they had talks between HBO, GBP, Al Haymon, and Top Rank... Ellerbe said talks never happened. VisionQwest tried to put together the fight in South Africa for Nelson Mandela's birthday, $50 million guaranteed to each... Floyd wanted 100 million. Another group from Singapore offered both guys $65 million each guaranteed... Floyd said **** that.

The man doesn't want to fight, that's been clear since day 1.

What's he even up to these days? Has he made any indication he won't take another long 'vacation'?

Old issues of random drug testing is unnecesarry & not compulsory thats why pac didnt not agree... Pac sees that boxing fanatic want to see the fight to be materialized, now pac agreed the old issue of random drug testing just for the fight to happen... But how about floyd? is he evasive or not in facing manny pacquiao? its your blink2 pac haters.... just accept that gayweather is a coward, cheater, badboy etc....
