Shawn? What u do not seem to understand is that I am not crying...not complaining...none of that...I am on a message board passing along info, bringing up topics...etc etc just like EVERYONE ELSE on here..I mean, u dont HONESTLY think I am appealing to you and the message board posters on boxingscene to help sway the WBC into rethinking their position are you???? I am just talking as a BOXING FAN, bringing up stuff, topics, ideas...just like everyone else on here? If I have anythign that I feel will sway the fight at all, believe me when I tell you, I will not bring it to the MESSAGE BOARD LOL...seriously man...I'm just posting stuff like YOU are posting...why treat me differently than the 300 other gusy on here who put WAY MORE controversial stuff up? Why single me out? Thats whats got me, really...and Rock, N your stuff doesnt add up IMO...you are saying it is AlL Chad's fault and that Bernard jumping on his back had nothing to do with his reaction?? If you fought in professional fights like this with this type of pressure and interest, etc etc....all this on the line and you had a guy NOTORIOUS for rough play suddenly on your back (when u had just ducked out of the way o fone of his punches) you may see it and feel it differently...

guys, not one person is to blame, ok? Hopkins lunged in with a punch, dawson ducked really low. the result was hopkins momentum from the missed punch making him lean on chad, dawson in turn lifted up and used his shoulder to push him off.
No one intentionally did anything wrong. Dawson was just trying to get him off, hopkins simply lunged and missed from the punch and the result was an unfortunate event. In addition the ref also handled the situation poorly.
So lets not get into the debate of pointing fingers. All three people in the ring were partially to blame, but imo, none of if it was intentional. Just an unfortunate event no different than how an unintentional headbutt ends a fight. It's just one of those situations in boxing that can happen.Last edited by ИATAS; 10-23-2011, 05:32 PM.

I am neither upset nor offended but I am serious here. I am simply here to debate your topic, your cry for appeal and your misunderstanding of the rules of boxing.

Hey Iceman has ur opinion of B-Hop changed after this fiasco??? I mean we can sit here and talk or debate if he could've continued till the world ends but what convinced me Hop didnt want it was the interview on ESPN where he talked about no rematch and taking his titles back not in the ring but in the mail from the commission. Hell even before the fight he sounded like he was conceding victory. <----- coming from a B-Hop fan still am and I seen the Calzaghe and Jones fights but this **** right here stinks I still respect the man just look at him different..... BTW best of luck to u n Chad n the future

(especially after getting almost headbutted earlier and he ref told him, "Dont worry, Ill get him on th enext one"...sure he did...
