    Didn't B-Hop make like a million and Dawson 800k?

Whole card probably cost less than 2.5 million for the fighters. The whole event cost maybe 4 million probably less.

100k at 60 is 6 million or 5 million at 50. The gate was like 300 grand right. They might have lost a bit but nothing crippling they didn't put in enough resources for it to be that bad~ although I imagine both side will put every expense in they can just to get the losses up for tax purposes.

I asked Richard Schaefer today about Hopkins-Dawson PPV numbers. His answer was simply: "Not good." It likely did less than 100,000.

Rough year for GBP/HBO PPV. No wonder Oscar was talking comeback...
what???? he was able to gauge hopkins vs. dawson but couldnt estimate floyd's star power. that means star power did less than 50k

Is this a surprise to anyone? Hopkins is not relevant. Half of those buys were from family members, friends and Hopkins fans and half were boxing fans and casual people who were dead bored that night and pressed order on their remote almost unwillingly.

Wow, I would have sworn that you ordered this PPV. Especially since in my thread: 60$ for a PPV was "chump change" to you (or the price of an xbox game lol). You also claimed that boxing only has a few PPV's per year, so a "real" boxing fan would purchase these PPV's.

            I guess you're not a real fan.
