Lol, I see guys voting for Helenius, but no one wants to say why he's more skilled.

Imagine if Jorge Luis Gonzales was fighting today? He's EASILY be the 3rd best heavyweight in the world behind the Klits.

What I ment was for a big guy like Helenius he is very skilled thats why I voted for him.

No need to be offended. Helenius would dominate the 60's and 70's pretty easily IMO

Im not offended at all my man. Helenius is a tough kid and I like the way he is willing to fight good comp in order to improve. I just don't see the skills. You think he'd dominate the 60's and 70's, yet Joe Bugner didn't and he was nearly the same size as Helenius.

            1.) Holmes
            2.) Witherspoon
            3.) Helenius
            4.) Peters

I like all 4 of these fighters though.

Lol Im looking at Witherspoon's resume and some pretty embarrassing L's on there. . .

His "claim to fame" is losing by split decision to Larry Holmes. . .

Watching these videos just shows me how different todays heavyweights are. Today its seems that size is more prevelant than skill, I gotta qualify that though by giving due respect to Wladimir Klitschko, who is not only big, but head and shoulders above his contemparies skillwise.

Tim Witherspoon was a very good heavyweight and just going by those two videos he makes Helenius look very crude.

The reason I think Helenius would do good is cause George Foreman was IMO with all respect a one dimensional slugger. And he did very well in that era. He was considered big and strong. So Helenius would be a giant in that era with the same skills as Foreman

That doesnt quite tell the whole story with the guy. He pretty much had his finger hovering over the self destruct button for most of his career and wasnt a smart guy at all. Don King allegedly ****d him financially, and he had a well known passion for the white stuff.
