I agree: rhythm must be maintained. That's why I'm more inclined to have reviews take place after a fight is over. Truth be told, reviews can be made in-between rounds, by an official at ringside. That, however, would mean more expense, and that's another story. Whatever method is initially used, it's sure to evolve.
(As for baseball, it would be even easier to implement extended instant replay. There's far more money to spread around. There could be an "instant replay umpire" off the field. He would watch the game with the use of multiple angles, slo-mo and instant replay. Not so difficult, really. Missed calls are relatively rare and often flagrant. The rhythm of a game would not be adversely affected and the added time to games would be negligible at most.)
