The old dirty fighter laid all his weight on Dawson and Dawson acted accordingly. We are talking about the dirtiest older fighter putting all his weight on the younger lion here and Dawson was expecting dirty tricks from the older fighter so, I can see why Dawson reacted the way He did. He wasn't going to be HOP next victim.Comment

To be honest from the replay it doesn't look like Hopkins intentionally jumped on Dawson. It looked like he lost his balance after missing the punch he threw. And then Dawson threw him off his back. This might very well have been two unintentional fouls.Comment

he did it about 3 times in the fight, and has done it plenty in his career
it's the right hand-headbutt-clinch comboComment

Man, a bunch of haters in here. The proper thing for Chad to do would have been to hold and let the ref break up the fighters and warn Hopkins for leaning, if it was even merited. Chad is a ***** for acting like he actually ko'd Hopkins after the fight. That was pretty pathetic.Comment

A lot harder to say than do if the other guy is fouling you all night.Man, a bunch of haters in here. Also, who's a bigger ***** for acting?
Dawson or Hopkins?
GBP has two back to back controversy in their PPV. I'd say that this was remotely better than Floyds because the undercard was effin great with Demarco and Linares.Comment

To me Bernard faked the injury. It seemed like he wanted no part of Dawson and was looking to get an easy win thinking Chad would get disqualified for the shoulder push.
also it made me lol when he said he has a lump on his shoulder and then both his shoulders actually looked the sameComment

In reality, Dawson was most likely retalliating when he picked Hopkins up and through him to the ground (which is exactly what he did do). It's understandable, but he clearly lost his composure, and it was clearly a foul. Obviously a No Contest. If this doesn't get overturned, it is a travesty that Hopkins would have his titles stolen in such a way.Comment
