Sanctioning bodies cannot overturn decisions. They don't have any authority besides ordering a immediate rematch.

It's the commission that overturns official wins or losses, that we see on boxrec, when we wanna act like we know every statistic.

I agree hopkins was winning the early going, but Dawson looked to have 10lb of solid muscle on hopkin, and nard was clearly uncomfortable in the clenches and was being muscled around a bit. It would have been interested to see how it would have played out.

Base on how mad Chad was at the end, I have a feeling Nard would have gotten under his skin, and Chad would have gotten wreckless.
