Pac wins and loses them all via double KO.

Obviously this statement is true because although they are hypothetical situations that will never happen, Pac has more Facebook friends than all of them combined.

    Therefore Pac wins by default.

those same current fighters would all get destroyed by hearns, leonard, duran etc. who has pacquiao fought who could beat them at 147? nobody.

pacquiao is the top guy at his weight this era, he just isnt the best ever. the reason he usually loses fantasy matchups is bcuz of ppl like you creating fantasy matchups against fighters he would have no chance against and people recognize that.

start making fantasy matchups that make sense and people will vote for pacquiao, but anyone who knows boxing understands he would get murdered against the likes of hearns, leonard and duran. as would almost any fighter you match against them in a fantasy matchup at 147. except SRR, jose napoles and emile griffin.

pac isnt an atg WW, just deal with it. he was an atg at the lower weights but at 147 he just capitalized on a weak division of one dimensional and/or past prime oponents.

People always compare active fighters to other fighters in their peak.

To have a fair comparison you'll have to look at Pacquiao's entire career from start to finish.

As it is right now, which Duran are we hypothetically putting in the ring with Pacquiao? The one that lost to Benitez or the one that triumphed over Sugar Ray?

Which Hearns are you using? The Hearns that beat Benitez or the Hearns that lost to Hagler?

You can go through any fighter's career and find ups and downs. The peak of a fighter's career is hard to measure and is seldom agreed upon. Therefore fantasy fights like these serve little purpose and ultimately amount to nothing. It's only a sad attempt to smear a man's skills and career that have not yet concluded.

Pac could beat them all and lose to them all on any given night. Between elite fighter's it is all about the intangibles and it's basically impossible to assert one over the other based on fourth-hand evidence.

1.) Hearns - I honestly doubt it. . . I got Hearns. WAAAAYY too much range and length. Hearns also had speed too. . . I just don't see Pac being able to get in and let the hands go without taking punishment.

2.) Leonard - 50/50 fight. . . Seriously I can see them both flurrying and landing lots of shots on each other.

          3.) Duran - at 135 Duran; at 140-147 PAC; at 154 Duran.

4.) Trinidad - Pac. I just don't see why Trinidad is hailed to be as great as some say. He got beat by Oscar. . .

The key though is to outbox. If you go for the kill with tito its a good chance your gonna get murdered. Thats why people argue for tito. De la hoya was an awesome boxer, and he showed it against tito. He also took no risks in the fight. If Manny hurts Tito, its in his nature to go for the kill, and thats very bad. He would have to practice restraint and be willing to get on a bicycle because if he tries to war with tito its a really good chance he will get lit up badly. Thats what happened to vargas. Vargas got lazy towards the end of the fight with tito and that was all she wrote.

Lazy toward the end of the fight? More like beaten to a pulp. Was he lazy in the first round too?

In the beginning he tried to go toe to toe. Once he got the **** knocked out of him he started boxing and keeping away from Tito. Towards the end he got lazy and stopped moving his head and body which lead to that huge hook he took and subsequent right that crumbled him.

He took a beating the first two rounds, climbed back from rounds 4-6 and then it was Tito down the stretch. They both made adjustments.

Lazy? The correct assertion would probably be exhausted, tired, disheartened...

Why are people giving Tito a punchers chance? To me that suggest people think he would have to land right on the chin/put him to sleep with one punch. Which is wrong, his punches would simply hurt and break Pacquiao down.

It would be better to compare Pacquiao to fighters like Whitaker and Duran. Fighters with a similar frame. Fighters like Tito, Ray, and Tommy have a size a significant size advantage that they would use to their advantage.
