This is all depending on how Hearns or SRL compared to Pac if they were all fighting at the same time. If Hearns or SRL werent dealing with the cottos, Clotteys and SSMs in the way Pac was, they wouldnt be favourite. You are assuming SRL and Hearns destroys everything in their paths which is why people put them ahead of Pac.
Could quite possibly be looking through rose tinted spectacles for the past.

      Pac becomes favourite.

          This right here ^

To even mention PAC in the same sentence with all the greats above is already a blessing. Mentioning PAC to fight those guys is like mentioning those guys to fight a prime Roy Jones at lightweight. The question would be is how would PAC spar with those guys if they were all the same size. Even if they were the same size PAC would get his azz beat because it's still a fantasy fight.

No, they would definitely be favourite over Pac at WW either way.

            So would Benitez most likely.

Not really. But i dont automatically assume they would look more impressive than Pac beating Clottey. So therefore i cant assume that they would be favourite against Pac, if Pac, Hearns and SRL were of the same era.

Does he really think Cotto or that version of Mosley has a chance against Leonard and Hearns?

Hearns nor Leonard lose a single round to those 3 fighters.

And they would obviously be favourites against Pac at WW.

                It's common sense.

lol, no response to it? I can go Pavlik-Hopkins. Margarito-Mosely. Mosely-Cotto. Floyd-Corrales. etc etc etc. SRL-Hagler. Old men but still. SRL wasn't expected to win. 6:1 odds before dropping 3:1 closer to the fight.

It'd be different if I didn't state reasons for why I believed what I believe. I didn't just go "he wins just because". I gave reasoning for it and not the "he's a magical ninja that can dodge air" reasoning either.

                  Not generally accepted =//= illogical.

You don't believe ODLH is great. Does that make you illogical?
                  Because, it's a lame response.

Yes it's illogical to say that Linares would beat Pac because of his high skill set. But, then say that Pac might beat the most skilled fighter we got going today.

As I recall saying, "FREDDIE ROACH SAID, with more experience Jorge Linares could probably beat Pacquiao."

I think Pac beats Tito with ease and maybe stoppage. I say this because, Tito was an inviting target, and Pacs power and speed could wear him down. Tito got hit alot and was far from a good defensive fighter. I see Pac wearing him down and maybe stoppage in late rounds.

I see Pac crazy speed and angles would give Duran fits. I think fight is really a toss up, and Duran relentless attack to the body could quite possibly make for a short night for Pac.

SRR....i see Pac early on starting fast for the first 3 rounds or so,then SRR adjusting and just pic him apart. Entertaining none the less.

Hearns.....very interesting....i can see Hearns, unlike P-Will...actually using his physical size to his advantage, and keeping Pac at bay. Though if Pac somehow gets close and is able to start his crazy combos, and keep him on the ropes......might slow him down. Another fun one to watch.
