He would have to practice restraint and be willing to get on a bicycle because if he tries to war with tito its a really good chance he will get lit up badly. Thats what happened to vargas. Vargas got lazy towards the end of the fight with tito and that was all she wrote.
Don't wanna sidetrack the discussion here.
I don't know if Vargas got lazy but he tends to gas out IMHO. Vargas is somewhat overrated and he is pretty slow. He was not a great boxer but possesses brutal power and when go up against elite fighters would always fall short. He was overwhelmed by Tito by the power as he is a slower target. Oscar simply has better technique. Elite fighters with good technique and excellent speed would most likely beat Vargas.

As for Pac's chance against Tito, I still think he has a shot (underdog with 15-20% chance of winning) unlike what JRosales or IMDAZED who gave him no shot. As someone mentioned earlier, Tito need to set his feet and is not exactly fast. Pac is NOT going to come forward and will fight moving on the outside. Tito would win by either KO or UD. Pac's chance of winning by KO is very slim. If he punches with his feet fully set to gain power, the chance of getting KD is much higher.

Nothing against Pacquiao but the argument that he would beat Leonard or Hearns seems even more comical right now.
