I love it how Manny only wants to follow the commission (NSAC) when it suits him. NSAC also imposes their OWN weight penalties on overweight fighters....but Manny consistently goes ABOVE and BEYOND them and imposes his OWN weight penalties on fighters. Its laughable. But get this, one day its, "Manny agreed to no cut off dates!!" The next day its, "Manny will ONLY do what the commission says!!!" Comical.

Man! u *****s i think which was 1-5% of the boxing fans are the only one who believed the **** that it was Pac who avoided the fight. Even ***** knows ur hero ducked Pac so STFU!

In the summer of 2010, Manny was still requesting a cut off, a 14 day one when he knew that Mayweather wanted full testing with no cut offs. Well, why did Mayweather now want full testing, you are asking yourself? Because that was the original protocol of the testing ANYWAYS and the original 14 day offer was made....get this...in a last ditch effort to save the fight, however, Manny rejected that offer and fought Clottey to the cheers of a lot of his fans... nothing you say or what anyone else says that will change that.

Not only is your answer avoiding the issue, but its wrong: Pac was perfectly fine with random blood/urine tests done by the commision.

But i will take the avoidance as a "yes, mayweather went on vacation after pac agreed to all the terms"

Hint: Your answer should have somehow addressed how "You have to ask Floyd Mayweather why he doesnt want the fight" is an inaccurate statement.

Of course, NSAC does not have the funding to do it in their standard tests, but they did say with the extra funding they could pretty much replicate what usada does...hence why even mayweather's promoter agreed with it.

Umm..yes i did, and i ask: Why bring in another testing agency which has already had cheaters pass the test when the NSAC is willing to do the unlimited tests and mayweather has had no problems with it for the last 15 years? Even Richard Schaefer agreed to it (yes, mayweather's promoter deemed it acceptable)

Marion Jones didn't do the USADA testing when she won all those golds in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Because USADA didn't get started until AFTER the Olympics of 2000. Then, when they tested her in the 04 Olympic games....she came home medal-less...again, think about it...and do your research.

So USADA started in 01, but it took an accusation from victor conte and a urine test performed in 06 to catch her? :O

floyd did not want to petition nsac during that time because they were already in talks with travis tygart. they already have a plan even before the testing demand was brought up. tygart even acted like floyd's henchman by publicly criticizing the drug testing in proboxing for no apparent purpose except that he already started to ally himself with floyd's team.

perhaps you dont understand. NSAC stated they dont do that type of testing. and if all agreed, then why is there a problem? why even petition the NSAC when there is a capable body that has expertise and can do a better job. this is just a smoke screen to duck the test.

If you want to face reality then:

Go and verify what those USA Boxing Authorities found out in all of Pacman's past fight, inside USA. verify their test results, in accordance with the existing Professional Boxing Rules and Regulation concerning Drug Testing.

Check the credibility of Pacman's Trainer, is he one of those Best Trainer?why is it, that he was chosen "Trainer of the Year" for the record 4th times?

Did the Critics ever visited Pacman during his Training? Did they ever interview his past sparring Partners?; Did they ever interview his Physical conditioning Coach?

In the end, it's not about Random Blood Test, it's about bloated ego, avoiding the fight of the current #1P4P & Fighter of the Decade -Pacman.
