Toney's not recognized as a true champion incase your pea-brain forgot. He's taking on a HAND PICKED opponent, not a mandatory. Toney's in NO rush to fight the Klitchko's, if he does I will be very suprised and I will respect him, but I know he wont.

Toney's all talk, especially in the heavyweight division.

Toney is not the best heavyweight in the division. That's Vitali Klitschko, whether you are a nuthugging fan of his or an unimpressed detractor. Toney is the best p4p but the problem is, p4p means **** at heavyweight. Toney weighes 235 lbs now. If he had any sense he would lose 10 lbs and train more.

I like Toney but he's letting his twilight slip by with nothing to show for it. Calloway is ok to fight to keep busy, but Toney needs and the fans should demand from him a respectable fight in the early part of 2006.

It's funny how Toney isn't trying to take on any of the big boys (Klitchko's, Peter, Brewster). Stylistically He causes problems towards Brewster and Peter, but it still remains to be seen if he can take a GOOD heavyweight punch. (Not Ruiz, Guinn).

I think it's already been stated several times this is a stay busy fight. It's obvious JT doesn't like to keep fit in between fights if there's no motivation for him to do so. The fight keeps him in the gym, keeps him motivated and keeps him in the public eye, and oh yeah he gets paid to fight too.
