Klitschko fights ****ty opponents and takes his time doing it. And he doesn't have any excuse b/c he's about the largest heavyweight around, except for Valuev. Rahman is Klitschko's only quality opponent since Lewis, who beat him.
James Toney vs. Rob Calloway 12/1/05?

He intends to fight Byrd my ass, thats if Wlad allows that fight to happen. Personally it would give me personal pleasure to see either of the Klitschko's in the ring with Toney, so they could wipe the floors with him.
How about Toney starts intending to fight Wladimir or Vitali.
You are so ****ing ****** you should be banned.
Toney has been calling out Byrd for a long time now. He's done it to his face several times on Fox Sports.
Now he's taking another fight, his 2nd in two months to stay busy. Vitali has had two fights in almost two years, Toney's fighting twice in two months.
Toney is taking a nothing fight to stay busy and in shape.
He's got a date at the end of January.
Funny that a clown like you would slight him for fighting at a very active pace.
You're such an idiot.

You're full of ****, and I've called you on this twice already.
Vitali 1st offered 65-35, a week later, Toney came back with 60-40.
The answer from Shelly Finkle was "Sorry, we're already too far along with the Oleg Maskiev fight"
Toney was prepared to fight Vitali in this fight Rahman's now in, but Vitali was forced to fight the Rock.
JT has been talking about fighting Vitali since after the Booker fight. You don't listen or read anything. You just spout biased uninformed non sense.
You just talk out of your ass and are so biased I'm suprized you can even watch a fictional boxing movie without upsetting yourself.

He's been trying to make fights with them. They don't want him. It'd be an embarassing loss, for one thing, and the reward isn't as high as fighting one of the Klitschko brothers.Originally posted by TuPrincipeIt's funny how Toney isn't trying to take on any of the big boys (Klitchko's, Peter, Brewster). Stylistically He causes problems towards Brewster and Peter, but it still remains to be seen if he can take a GOOD heavyweight punch. (Not Ruiz, Guinn).Comment

Kirk Johnson was knocked out in 2 rounds by Vitali. Of course he didn't want to fight Toney. He came in the most out of shape I've seen someone come into a fight in a long time, same with Danny Williams. Seriously, watch Kirk Johnson's ring entrance on the Vitali fight. They should've changed his nickname to Kirk The Hutt.Originally posted by DiegoFuegoKirk Johnson is arguably one of the 3 most skilled heavyweights in the world, probably the most skilled aside from Toney. Johnson didn't want to fight Toney. What does that tell you about how good Toney is/must be? Don't forget, Johnson has a BIG punch.
Toney is the man in the heavyweight division any way any of us care to slice it. There is no arguing this. Toney's tuneup is fine. If no one wants to fight him, he's gotta take fights like this not only to stay busy but for the money. Sure, guys like Vitali and Byrd can sit around and hope Toney gets old fast and avoid him until then, but will their victories mean anything if they are to beat Toney in two years? Hell no.
Right here, right now, Toney is the best heavyweight. The responses towards him of everyone else in the division prove this. Are there still doubters out there who can't accept the truth?
And yeah, I agree, Toney is the best heavyweight. Sure as hell isn't Vitali.Comment
