Miguel Cotto - has he got it all?

    Have you guys Noticed something...

Justin Juuko who lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr by KO in Round 9
He also lost to Miguel Cotto in Round 5 by TKO

Cotto was 9-0 before the fight so he didnt have experience
Mayweather was 20-0 and was fighting for a title.

Then Ubaldo Hernandez who lost to Vivian Harris by
a close decision in 12 rounds, 4 months later he lost to Miguel Cotto
    by KO in Round 7

then Rocky Martinez who lost a decision to Paul Spadafora
Scores: (94-97)..Rocky Martinez lost to Miguel Cotto by KO in Round 2

Cotto knocked out Carlos Maussa in round 9 (3 Knockdown rule)

then Victoriano Sosa who lost a decision to Floyd Mayweather Jr
the same guy lost to Miguel Cotto by TKO in Round 4

Kelson Pinto who convingly beat Emanuel Augustus lost to Miguel Cotto
    by TKO in Round 6

Then 2 time Light Welterweight Champion Randall Bailey lost to
Miguel Cotto by TKO in Round 6. Bailey had won WBA n WBO titles
    before.

DeMarcus Corley who got robbed against Zab Judah, But convincingly
lost to Mayweather, also lost to Miguel Cotto by TKO in Round 5

My favourite fighter is Floyd Mayweather from the start, and I think he fights Cotto Mayweathers handspeed would be fast, but first I was 100% sure Mayweather would easily beat him, now im about 70% sure...these accomplishments have taken my 30% off.. But im still sure Mayweather would win a decision or probably a late TKO against cotto.

Cotto is an exciting fighter with very good power, but against Mayweather or Hatton he would get exposed. Don't get me wrong i think Cotto is good, but will not be able to live up to his hype.

Cotto is a special fighter... He's just a little lost at the moment, and keeps trying to trade big blows with everyone.

He'll get back to his boxing, and when he does he'll be one of the best P4P fighters in the World.

Mind you he needs to get back to his boxing soon, or he's gonna get knocked out with the way he's going, and it's unnessassary.

Though those numbers show a lot it doesnt show that he was ROCKED by Corely. He was dropped and rocked multiple times by Torres. When he fights offensively, which he will against Mayweather becuase Floyds smaller, he gets hit. And so far he hasnt really shown the ability to take a hit well.

Basically what Im trying to say is Floyd TKO Cotto.

Hes a good fighter but wouldnt stand a chance against Mayweather which is nothing to be ashamed of. There are plenty of tests for him in the 140 pd divison, and I dont think Branco would be one of them. Torres tested his heart and power but not so much his talent.

just because a fighter knocks out a fighter quicker than another fighter rarely means anything...

Cotto fights with power and constant pressure...Floyd fights with quickness and defense...

Floyd out boxes you, Cotto out powers you...two different styles...Cotto would get hit too often and too clean vs Floyd and Hatton is much more fine tuned and probably stronger with a better chin than Torres

hes got a lot, but he doesnt have a good chin. so no, he doesnt have it all.

once he faces a decent puncher (who has plenty of prep time), he'll get KTFOd.

these stats mean nothing, floyd has never been known to have alot of ko power, but i think its more impressive for him to EASILY ud fighters or tko them late than to have trouble with them and eventually ko them

cotto could be a special fighter, but not at the rate hes going right now
