Same case as Pac. Nobody has been an 8 division champion and 4 lineal division champion all at the same time. Nobody even reached 7, and floyd has yet to get his sixth in which the possibility is remote unless he is brave enough to move to Middleweight.

Honestly, I hardly think it matters who Floyd beats in the end, he isn't going to win over fans or be appreciated. Look at how his haters meticulously pour over his fights with accusations or critiques that all but negate his wins. Nothing he does is good enough and for every win there's a bizarre theory or reason why he did it apart from the obvious. What does that tell me? It tells me that Mayweather could beat all the fighters you just named and it wouldn't mean a hill of dung.

Floyd is a truly brilliant fighter but he will never be loved, understood, or truly appreciated in his lifetime.

So whats with those catchweights? Cotto agreed with it. Its the same banana as when May fought Hatton and JMM. Yes, its a welterweight fight but obviously those two guys has to fight him above their natural weights. In fact, Cotto is only 2 pounds south of max (even a pound lighter than his natural weight), while hatton has to move up for how many pounds? At JMM's fight, May was even heavier than the agreed catchweight. LOL
